Coconut oil to Bud ratio

My brownie recipe calls for a 2/3 cup of oil. I want to make my brownies pretty potent, and I currently have 1/4 of some pretty strong buds. I just recently started smoking, so I have a real low tolerance and Im introducing bud to my group of friends, they have no tolerance once so ever. Will a 1/4 ounce work with 2/3 cup of oil?

The 'standard' ratio is 1 oz bud equals 4 oz trim. I use 150 grams popcorn trim to 8 sticks of butter, or 1 oz of buds to 8 sticks of butter and it gives me 150 grams per cookie with 24 to the batch.

I would say you have plenty to make a batch of brownies. 8 sticks of butter is 2 cups. Your recipe calls for 2/3 cup. Are you sure you want a super potent brownie with having low tolerance? This will certainly give you a good potency, but just a word of warning...edibles are WAAAAY different than smoking. I smoke like an effing chimney...all day long. My edibles are too strong for me to eat during the day. A high smoking tolerance has nothing to do with an edible tolerance. I just don't want you to be hugging the floor for what could be several hours. If you are introducing this to friends who have never used either smoke or edibles, I would suggest starting very small. You don't want them to have a bad experience.
