Coco watering sechedule??

First round with coco I have 21 days left I've been watering my sixpac meds,Ebb/flow for 20 min 2 times a day?? this stuff holds water well though was wondering if over watering?? they look healthy but i could prob water them every other day?? Just checking in with the pros. Oh yea coco pots with crutons.

i water my coco plants every other day by hand, unfortunately i'm not a fan of the stuff and will be going back to soil as my soil plants are healthier, i found every other day to be about right any longer and they'll wilt any sooner and they just don't dry out enough i do think there's a fine line depending on container size, size of plants, temp etc every other day works for me in 10l air pots and i'm using the plagron fine stuff with canadian express nutes which i hate
