coco pellet, bubbleponic concern

After my seedling sprouts out of the pellet, i read that I should put it in my bubbleponics system.

i just have a concern because I have two tubes from the irrigation manifold for each net pots and I'm worried about over watering the early plants. The pump is suppose to run 24/7 correct?

i dont think you need to use two irrigation tubes. i dont use this method ( irrigation tubes to pot) but i do know that the stealth only use 1. and when you transfer make sure you have a good established baby root system. and i wouldnt run the tube directly onto the pellet. mroe in the clay or other median your using. the roots will find it n not be drowned i would think.
