Would I get decent yeilds with one gallon hempy buckets with coco fiber? I know canna makes a coco nutes, is it worth it? I'd rather use maxicrop and b'cuzz bloom tabzz, would that work for this type of system?

Yeah you cold get decent yields with either system. You have to realize that growing substrate and nutrient choices are only half the battle . Strong lights and precise environmental control also play a big factor in terms of yield.

That said, if your planning on vegging awhile to produce bigger plants, one gallon seems a little small to me. My 4 week vegs plants in hydoton have a root mass at the end of the cycle that is probably in the 3 gallon range. Meaning that my last run, they were in a big table full of hydroton 6" deep. After harvest, the biggest yielders had a solid mass of roots that I could probably barely shove into a 3 gallon bucket.

I can't give advice on those nutrients but I will offer that based on my experience, organically grown hydro bud tastes much better than that grown with synthetic nutes. You can achieve a slightly higher yield with the synthetics (IF you have your system dialed) but you will loose some of that organic taste. This is important to some, not important to others, and lastly, claimed to be important by some that have no fucking idea what they are talking about they just want to appear that they have a "refined" taste in MJ.

thanks, not worry about being organic, and i was only going to veg for 2 weeks under 3 85 full spec cfls and use them to bloom
