If you have a ppm metre...
Just increase in 50ppm increments at a time. Record the feeds.
This way you dial it right in. Then if you over do it, its so easy to just taper it back.
When seedlings are showing first finger leaves. Id start around 150ppm.
Then just keep slowly bumping it up every few feeds. You'll get a feel for when to, and not to.
Go by your runoff. Runoff ph too.
Not what you're putting in.
:peace::peace::peace:

Doing this you can dial any strain you want right in the zone!

If you dont have a meter. The feed charts usually show mLs and ppms, in each dose to RO

UPDATE: today marks 8weeks for the one on the left and 5.5 weeks on the right. I fed lastnight with a ph of 5.8 and ppm of 600. Run off was 6 ph and run off was 900 ppm due to a higher feeding at 800 before. so run off i dont think it is too bad. Ill post some pictures of them below. I am thinking about vegging maybe this week? I have a 4x4x7 tent. What do ya think? Dont mind the pictures i adjusted my tops to let more light in before them.

IMHO
I'm in week 3 flower. I'm at 900ppm. It's pushing it for me.

I don't think you should be at 900ppm.
Probably 5-6 :peace:

Yeah my run off was 900 due to a higher feeding the previous watering i toned it down to 600 and am going to keep it there until i think i need to bump it up. Those are looking pretty sweet Tim! How many do ya have in there??

I have 3. All the same seed. Widow X ak47. Ak pheno is the left one. Widow pheno in the center, and the cross on the right.

I only judge my ppm by runoff too.
Sometimes I feed water. Other times I feed a little. Sometimes I feed the full ppm.
It's a real dance with coir. IMHO.

600ppm sounds about right. But don't be surprised if it needs a little less.

Coir growers, like you and i, are pretty lucky. We don't need to feed as much as most other hydro.:peace:

That's why coir is my favorite.

Awesome, it is taking me a bit of messing with gettig the hang of the coir but i do enjoy using it. You feed just regular water sometimes and it dosnt mess with your plants? How big are your pots and how often are you having to feed?

Nah man. Sometimes water, is all they need.
They love it too. Perk up, happy, excited to grow.
I'm in 18L airpots. Feeding, or watering twice a day. When they're young, once a day. Or every other day.
Don't worry. Water + coir isn't bad at all, when the plants just want a drink.
Giving water, is all I do, when my runoff ppms are high, and I want to balance it out a little.
It's amazing how much nutrient the coir, holds back.

Ill deffinetly give it a try. Im also in 5g fabric pots. I find that with my coir it takes three days to dry out enough for me to water though so i dont get a whole lot of feedings a week? Do you let it dry out a little too?

Yep. I do let them dry a little. But bare in mind your ppms are increasing when it does, and the coir sucks it up like a sponge, as the coir dries. There's dry, and too dry.
I use fabric pots for propagation too, before I transplant. I start my seeds in 2.2L fabric pots.
I've found, that it's best to have the fabric pots sitting in the air. Like on a drainer tray, with ribs, holes etc. I find if I don't, they stay wet longer, and the air doesn't prune the bottoms. My roots bunch up, at the bottom, searching for water. I think aeration, and pot size, is the most important thing with coir.

Okay cook i also have them off the tent floor about three inches. Ive found its super easy for drainage as well, im deffinetly going to try a dose of PHed water if run off is wacky next time. Ill check in then! Have a good one tim.

Update: tomorrow is the first full week since i flipped to 12/12 my run off ppm and ph problem had been fixed prior and i switched out my 400w MH for my 750w HPS light. The light is around 30” away from my plants. The tops of my growth is turning real light yellow ive read up on troubleshooting but im wonder if its cause of the light change out and they have to adjust to it? Other than that everything seems to be going smooth for the time being.

Sweet. Good news.
What's your ph been?
Are you letting your ph swing a little? A little swing is good.

Ph has been 5.8-6 nothing over or below. Rookie it is RG lol. Although the dark period may be causing it i have never encountered the problem thus far from a few grows that I have done. With that being said i may be overrhinking it a bit as the COCO is new to me and has been rocky dialing everything in
