No Drainage! There's part of your problem. Where is any left over nutrients going to go if you can't rinse them out? Let alone what the build-up in it is doing to the pH.
Plenty of threads on here to get you started in coir correctly.

From cuttings rooted in 3 ounce dixie cups to ready for flip in 21 days, 10 days in the 5x5 pots and then 11 days in the 9 liter pots. Coir DTW.

Did they bounce back?

Are you saying it takes 21 days to go from the small cutting on the left too the big plant on the right???

Question for you guys running coco coir, do you use cal/mag if your using well water at 150ppm or do you only need it with RO water .

I use a cal mag supplement only once when I up pot to charge the coco. I use Cyco's coco bits and Greenleaf Nutrients Mega Crop. Using tap water at 200 ppm bubbled off for 24 hours. ec after added nutrients is 1.2 Ph'd to 6.3

Yes, the plant on the right is only around 23" tall from the top of the medium. An inch growth a day is doable when all your parameters are dialed in and you know what the strain likes.

What about transplant shock ...doesent that slow things down ?

I water them and they are good for a week it's weird. Most people seem to be watering a lot more

Transplant shock ? The only time I experience a slow down or shock when up-potting is if I waited to long to up-pot and the plants have started to become root-bound.

So I have run hydro for a very very long time, I just started playing with coir for something to do, its my understanding is that I can run lower ppm's in coir, I can run 14-1500 in y hydro NP but in coir I should run 7-800,except for seedlings, I'm referring to foot high plants or better, I usually run 4 or 5 feet high anyhow. I'm using 4 gallon fabric pots , a lot of variables I know but should I be looking at feeding them 2 or 3 times a day anyhow. Drain to waste, I'm shooting for 15% run off. how much ppm difference should be in my run off as compared the ppm's I'm feeding.

I found that the ph of 5.5 - 5.8 in coco is too low for me...too many issues with fucked up leafs, fucked up looking plants. I'v had 0...Zero issues when I ph to 6.3. lol I even have a higher success rate for my cuttings, clones rooting running in rez at 6.1

Out of the e-Zcloner into the coco at 6.3 Dec 27 till now:

I run Jack's 3 2 1 formula. It has everything the plant needs, it's simple and the results are on par with any other nutrient line out there, even the so called 'coco coir specific' brands.

Your little solo cups need drain holes and with plants that size, in pots that size, you should be feeding (not watering, but feeding), every day. Once your plants get used to feeding every day, then you start for the multiple feeds per day and then you better go grab some beer and some sunscreen because you'll be off to the races.
