Coast of Maine Stonnington Blend Soil

I've been growing a perpetual harvest SOG using FFOF and same nute line and want to switch up to a super soul (apartment dweller w/no room to let cook off) I've been reading up on Coat of Maine Stonnington blend and it is supposed to be a bagged supersoil...anyone have experienced with it, my questions:
1. I've seen people say it needs to be cut with peat/or cocoa and perlite ..any advice on ratios.
2. I veg my clones only a couple weeks and train them to keep short (under 34" from floor to tip) will 3 gal fabric with the super soul be enough for water only through harvest.. if not any suggestions on dressings or teas? Pic is one where my plants are going into flower (this 12 cola has been there 1 week)
Thanks in Advance

It's not bad, better than ffoc imo. Add about 15% perlite, it's heavy soil without it. 3 gal is a small pot for growing water only, you ideally want at least 15 gal per plant. I really recommend you trim less leaves off next round, pruning is good up to a point but removing almost every fan leaf off the plant isn't beneficial.
