Co2 ???

Is it possible to add Co2 too early in a plants grow cycle (as in seedlings) ? Having a bit of trouble with the new babies and im trying to eliminate a few factors .

from the time they begin to veg and three-four weeks into flowering then stop with co2 other than that dont use co2
