Is it true to only use co2 during flowering. I am using the diy co2 bottle and have 2 master kush plants how long should I leave the bottle in my growroom?

i have a gallon diy bottle in my veg room. i turn off the exhaust fans and shake the bottle and open it. after a few hours, the room will warm up and it will stink like yeasty bread. after a week of this, ive noticed my plants getting greener, bushier, and the leaves look more robust and leathery. i dont leave the air still for more than 3 or 4 hours.

you dont need to turn the fan off. you should run a hose from the bottle to the back of your fan, diy co2 usually last for a week.also no need to shake the bottle the yeast dont need to be mixed to do its thing. happy harvest and if i help send some rep my way:joint::hump:

you should use co2 throughout your grow just make sure that you use it during lights on if you are flowering.

CO2 is needed as a reactant for Photosynthesis, which is the plants method of making food (glucose.)

CO2 + Water = Glucose + O2

Like we breathe in oxygen, plants breathe in CO2. The more CO2, the faster the plants can make their food. Obviously, plants need food to survive, as we do. However there is a limit a plant can take.
