Co2 in grow tent

im thinking about putting in a Co2 tank in my 1.2 x 1.2 x 2m grow tent heard that it is good for your plants is it worth the money in doing it anyone use it in a grow tent before? and where can i find a good place to buy it in melbourne australia??
