CO2 for plants idea

I've been reading where some suggest spraying leaves with stuff like club soda.. but because some brands have sodium etc in it, some don't recommend it. So, how about using a soda stream? If i fill a 2 liter up with tap water and simply inject CO2 and pour in a spray bottle and mist leaves, wouldn't that work????

there are several different brands of them so find whichever one is right for your size room

Also if youre interested in making your own wine/beer/moonshine/distilled spirits than you should get a 5 gallon water cooler bottle. fill it with water sugar and yeast and youll have a solid weeks worth of CO2

How about just burning gas or propane? If you have a gas hot water heater, you can just remove the vent and raise the co2 a good bit.

how about putting all that creativity and time in to optimizing your grow room ? added Co2 in large amounts only works if every thing els is spot on and optimal, fist then the plants is able to take up the extra Co2 and put it to use, will need strong light, higher temperatures, and more fertilizer, to use up to 1500ppm instead of the 300-500ppm that is in the air around us

Buring propane or gas? are you out of your fucking mind? Exhaust vented out of a gas water heater emits Carbon Monoxide ( CO) NOT CO2!! that would kill someone working in a closed grow room with a unvented, water heater in there!!!!!! Dude, please put the joint down! Your wasted! at least I hope your wasted because i hate to think your that stupid.

I own 2 soda streams, basically fill a bottle with water hit the button and your done.. I just have to figure out how to measure the amount of CO2 it puts in the water per time.

Wish mods would ban people that were too fucking dumb. I'm sure you don't have the IQ to keep a plant alive, and will be gone in a week, but you are most definitely wrong.

It takes gas and burns it. I don't understand how people can make it through life without even basic concepts of how stuff works.

Btw - there is a company that sells "water cooled co2 generators" - they are portable hot water heaters in a redesigned case.

And burning gas may make a VERY small amount of co, but since plants convert co to oxygen, it's even less of a non-issue that it would be otherwise.
