Co2 burner or bottle Co2?

I have a sealed room that is 390 square feet. Looking to add co2. The titan ares 4 sounds interesting but I've read conflicting info on burners being bad. Bottle Co2 is more expensive but what would you do? This is in my basement in the house i live in.

Keeping humidity and temp in check inside a sealed grow is a pita. Burners make extra moisture and heat so I would go for the bottles if I were you. Plus burners are a fire risk

I've used the burners for years. Usually the solenoid goes out or the acdc wall plug goes out. They don't make them like they used to. Get the extended warranty. During the winter I like the burner but the tank is better for summer. Just depends on your grow space/where you live. But yeah I'm a co2 junkie. I use as much as I can lol.

For that size room focus on sealing it up and using a tank. Burners are more for open rooms or rooms that are hard to seal. I'm working on sealing my grow room but before I can do that I gotta invest in rolling benches and that ain't cheap. I use a Titan Ares 4 burner. In a somewhat sealed room I go through 30 pounds of propane per month keeping levels at 1200 lights on.

Just so you know, a 4 burner co2 generator puts off around 10,000 BTU/hr of heat in your room. For me it's advantageous as I'm growing in a cool basement, except for when it's summertime in the midwest, then I gotta turn on air conditioning or the grow room gets 85+F.

I live in an exceptionally hot climate, so bottle for me and I’ll never leave an open gas flame unattended. My home owners insurance would laugh at me.

If its possible to use air exchange instead I would recommend that. Depends on your climate but may be easier to maintain temp/vpd and less equipment to rely on.
