After 2+ months I have a random bag seed that I've decided is female photo . However, she was leggy from the germination and gree like 5 nches up my window for 2 days. I transplanter her and buried her stem as far as I could and sorta braced her with toothpicks and pencils. She took off. Now she's 6ft tall but scraggly. You can tell something is off the top, where the cola would be is several wispy white tendrils. There are more of the same near a few internodes. She's pretty healthy over all.

So I told my grow bro about it and he has/has seen the same thing. He told me to I need to shock her/stress her by putting her in the complete darkness for 36 hours and she will start to behave. How does that work, what's the science behind that? I got cut off talking about it and didn't get to that part. Lol

HERE SHE IS!!! Plus my biggest auto in her glory, just cuz.

I would fire your grow bro. Bro probably made sure to get cut off before he got the the “science” part.

Your gro bro is an idiot

Just leave her be
Is there anything I can do? Do some plants just grow to, IDK, over 7'' high and have those wispy things? Is this where I should've LST her a long time ago. It's it's not ready, like gotta turn the bloom on. Or is that typical for photo seed that was laying around outside of a friend's house. Help

I dont want to get out of my lane because I don't grow autos but noticed you did. Is this your 1st photo? Just asking because 7' outdoor plants are average imo

Take some close ups at node sites that one pic idk why but looks like the plant has a weird almost male look to me for some reason is it turning herm

Lol, she's a photo. I'm growing autos but I had this seed from a random collection and was practicing diff ways to do things. Here's more pics. Unfortunately my sweaty self is in them bc my Dumbphone takes dumb photos.

It has 4 wisps coming from all the nodal ridge but no grapey cluster balls. I can't get any closer. Idk what to look for in hermiesb and never saw a true male on a plant
But females have swollen area with a wisp coming out and that starts the flower stem for each bloom
