close up PICS near harvest

Look'n pretty close man. Wait until the majority of the trichomes are a milky color before they start to amber.
 
but i was under the impression that the more amber they were the better yield u get coz uv left it to mature longer...
correct?

yeah iv seen that chart 50times lol but thanx anyway bro...
it still confuses me tho, on that chart where it shows the 50/50 pic none of them actually look amber....
even in the completely amber pic they dont look that amber...
if i were to go by that chart my trichs look like the completely amber pic...
but iv only been flowering 7weeks... altho iv been told that Big Bud flowers relatively soon

i'd look up pics of trichomes on google and compare is my advice. yeah the half and half one its kinda hard to see the amber. but the other one has that brown/amber tint on the head of the trichs is pretty clear imo. if we had another useful page on this i knew on this i'd give the link but we dont so looking on google for comparison pics is the best i can do. anymore questions? i'd be happy to help. :cool::blsmoke::D

thanx for the prompt responses dude,
no1 actually ever bothers to offer me help or advice lol i have to pry them for it...
i do actually have another question:
on my last grow i vegged my snow white for 3 weeks then flowered for 7 and got about an oz per plant. These Big Bud ladies were vegged for 10 weeks and are now on their 7th week of flowering aswell...so... do you think i will achieve more than an oz epr plant?

no shit? i thought since they were vegged for longer they would yield more, plus i have 2 600w hps lights, and this is big bud which is supposed to be a heavier yielder than most... no?
 
it very likely could yield more than a oz a plant. thats why i put around 1 oz. i'd guess 2-3 oz a plant (which i consider around an oz lol ). never grew big bud so im not exactly sure how they will yield for ya.
