Cloning

I am going to try my first time at cloning. I will be cut a piece of a plant that has already started in it flowering stage. There a some stems at the bottom that does not have any flowers on thems as of yet or maybe some small ones. I am wondering if I use these can I put them back into veg stage by keeping them at 24 hr until they root and then 18/6 until they are big enough to start back into flowering stage?

yea its called "monster cropping" lower levels of success cloning but its possible.
