Hi well as you can tell im a noob grower first time grow is getting a little taller "BB" bigbud strain. i want to clone her but i hear good stuff about the dome and rockwool which i have but dont know ifit willfit in my new grow box im putting together monday . For the dome i would just need to use my sprayer, and make sure the humidity is high like 80-90%. presoak rockwool with ph 5.5-6.5 water ruff estimate, when taking cuttlings i peal off skin to expose some inner goodness:mrgreen: and then stick it some carbonated water then in the root gel and into my rockwool. what about soil can i stick the cuttling in gel then straight in the soil , then dont i have to water the soil before i stick them in or how would this processs go ive never cloned before but have read up on it.

or i could make my own aeroponics or bubbleponic cloner which ever one is cheaper i have rubber maid container already, hosing , pump, just need some adapters and a drill and some air stones or misters which ever is cheaper guys.. im now growing using CFL's becuz of the rents and mis madre saw light coming from this rigged contraption in my room lol...so iguess i had it coiming for me but now im in my dresser lol....totally stealth waiting till monday bc thats when i get more mylar to finish my box and then mount all the lights which is going to be a little harder then im thinking cuz there CFL's.

Please help
will post pics after i get wifes cam era

There are at least ten ways to clone successfully. The simplest way, which I always use, has a success rate of over 90%.

1. Buy a sheet-cake pan. Preferrably with a clear lid.
2. Buy some Jiffy peat plugs.
3. Put the plugs in the pan and soak with conditioned water for at least 30 minutes. They will expand to 4 times
the original size.
4. Take cuttings.
5. Dip the cutting in cloning gel or powder.
6. Stick a hole in the moistened plug.
7. Put the clipping into the plug,
8. Squeeze the hole on top of the plug closed.
9. Cover the pan with the clear lid. Keep the plugs moist.

The plugs will have roots emerging in 2-3 weeks.
As the become stronger, transfer the plugs to small pots and cover with potting soil.

Wow 90% is a great success rate man. seems pretty easy that way, however i wanted to use what i have already since i have little money now to spend on the clones...most of my $800 went to building the set up then lights, fans, going hydro and all the nutes and hydroton just to find out i cant use hydro cuz its just a little more complicated then putting a seed under the dirt. If i can take a clone and just stick it in a little see thru dixie cup and then xplant them when they get taller it would be great but i dont know if i can thats why i opened the thread. please help please

People try to complicate the simple. What I listed is the MOST simple cloning technique. It will give you 90% or more. Why do anything else?

ok well how much is a jiffy peat pellet? ive never bought them before? Could i get them in home depot or something? what about bubbleponics? since i have a limited grow space now, the only thing i would have to buy would be a adapter from 1" diameter hose to 1/4 hose and an air stone strip i bought a 6 qt. sterlite tub i can fill it upwith water or carbonated water which ever is best and add air stone and pump drill holes in top of lid wallah cloner! is this true?
