Cloning time?

If i clone 3 weeks in flower how long roughly will it take to return to veg? to then have 9 days cloning im guessing then in a pot?

Once it roots, you are probably looking at 2 weeks of at least 18 hours of light a day to see the reveg. 24 hours may speed it up, don't like the 24 myself though. Most times it comes out looking mighty funky when the new growth comes about. If you can, get your clones before the flip in the future.

Not sure what your second question means.

it's going to take a month or so after it roots to actually start growing milt fingered leaves.

I wouldn't try cloning from flowering plants again. You're better off re-vegging the whole plant.
Takes 3-4 weeks for a flowering plant to revert to veg mode. Re-veg the mom, take all the clones
you want and then flower mom.
