cloning temp question

i'm using a diy bubble cloner under 4x40w 6500k tubes. my room temps have dropped into the 60's lately, so i'd imagine my res temps are in the mid to low 60's. is this too cold?

I think it is too cold. I had a lot of cloning problems and I attribute a lot of it to the low temps. 80 would be better
 
I used one in the winter and it worked fine. I removed it once the roots start. even now I'm fighting root rot becouse the water is to warm.
