Cloning Question

First time cloner

I took 4 cuttings last Wednesday. They are about 1.5 - 3".

I had taken them from about 4 days flowering. They are in plastic cups with clear cups placed over top under 4' flouros. In my basement so temps are lower. ~60f? Not sure, really!

I had checked them last night to see if any root development started. I just brushed the soil away and lifted them out gently. Rooting powder was still in tact but it did not seem like any started to root. Cuttings are still looking really healthy though. Do I give it more time, increase heat? Thinking of bringing them into my flower room when the lights come on.

I find that if I turn up the temps during the first week after cloning, and do not disturb them other than spritzing with water under the humidity dome they do fine. It sometimes takes 3 weeks until they are ready for the veg room.

I just decided to put more hormone powder on them. And I took 1 more cutting. I put my old grow cab back in my closet to use as a clone cabinet. 2 - 23w CFL inside. It's closed up with no exhaust so temps should rise.
