Cloning Question

I want to take a clone of my plant (which would be around the middle of may) but i wouldnt be able 2 grow again untill much later in the year (like late august the earliest). Would my clone last in water for that long of would it just die??? OR are there any ways 2 preserve clones for later use???

they would die forsure they need light thats why its best to have seeds

nah bro. plants either gro or die. otherwise you do seeds. you COULD grow the clone a little bit, then snip a clone from it and kill the original and keep doing that indefinitely. But you're begging for an infection with the constantly open wounds and what not.

you can take a few clones and put them in 2 inch rockwool cubes.... after 4-6 weeks transfer them into 4 inch rockwool cubes a feed them a very diluted nutrient solution...

as long as you pH yor water and keep a cfl over them, they will last several months..

can't freeze living material unless you're like a brilliant DNA scientist. Perhaps if you used a ^ for the nose instead of the _ we might get it. Not sure. We're all pretty muff and titty oriented except for the 10% female populace....and not to degrade them but they're almost always taken for. And frankly in my book a woman in a relationship pretty much is the same as a man....so I treat 'em all the same.

oooops.. LOL... i just see what I want to see.. one time I had these clones for 3 weeks... and I then gave them to a friend... he left the clones in a trash can for three weeks,,, they received no light (just some incadecent lights that were on in his house at night... and zero water... they were in rockwool cubes.. after 3 weeks... i noticed he had not done shit with the clones.. I put a cfl in the trash can and gave the clones some water... and nursed them back to health (about 7 clones).. 2 died.... 4 weeks later the cones were kicking ass and strong as hell.. I gave them to another friend... and he grew them into great mother plants... the strain was BLUE DOT....
