Cloning Q's

i've learned over time... that plants are not 'inviolate'. Meaning; don't be afraid to have a look around. if you don't like how your plants are growing, tip a pot over and pop the plant free with soil in one clump to inspect the root system. sometimes you can figure out whats going on real fast this way.

i made the mistake of trying to 'engineer' my own cloning mix the last go round. i realized a week into cloning that my media was WAY to acidic and water was coming out way below 5.0 pH. So replanted all of the clones in some Miracle Grow Seed Starting Soil. Though i stunted the clones for that week of growth. 3 weeks after taking these cuttings i still have a 90% success rate.

so, make it right. as long as the clone still looks healthy, it isn't too late to adjust what you are doing.
