Cloning Nutrients or just water ? on the leaves or In the rockwool??

Simple enough question

I have nutes and rooting stimulator whats the verdict on how to add these or if they are even needed at all.

i'm going to take the cuttings and put them in pre soaked rockwool cubes and im wondering if I should add the nutes or the stimulator to the water when i spray them.
 
oh i see. yeah i put mine in soaked starter plugs, but dip them in root stimulator powder first. then just feed them ph balanced water till i see roots. then i start giving them nutes, but a very weak solution to see how they respond. then gradually build it up
