Yes you can clone them. Marijuana can be cloned at just about any stage after your plant has reached an acceptable height and number of nodes. I personally don't like to take a clone until my plant has reached the 5th node but that is just me. Whether you take in veg or flower is also a matter of preferrence you will gain from trying the different stages. I like taking them soon after they show flower, they take longer to root and veg but give me what I am looking for in new growth patterns. I am attaching a pic of what they grow like after the clones reveg. You are just going to have to read, findout what you can do and then try different methods to find what you feel best with. Good Luck with your clones.

Most of your root toners have a fungecide in them help with the rooting. This chemical will be broken down and not detectable in your plant. If this is a cause of concern it is very easy to root in plain water. You simple take a small container, dixie cup or something similiar. Fill with water to level that the stem will have about 1/4 inch in the water, I use water that has one drop of superthrive per gallon of water. cover the top of the container with handi wrap and secure it, rubber band works great. Stick a hole in the handi wrap and place your cutting in the hole. Works everytime. Hope this helps.
