Long post made short, I've found the best way for me to clone is in straight water, my question I should I throw an air pump in the cup with the clones and pump some oxygen In the water? It works without the pump obviously but I'm wondering if this would speed up the process?

If your interested in speeding up the cloning process look into aerocloning bro it works very fast.

The risk your method runs is a bad bacterial bloom in the water
and an air stone ought to help prevent, or rather delay, this.

I have seen amazing results from the aerocloner approach too.
