Clones!!!!

Hey RIU! I just got some clones on friday (about 3 days ago) and my buddy got them rooted and had them under 24/7 light. My question is as I get them ready to move outside how much light should I be giving them, I have them by the window during the day and I can see them streaching for the sun... What are the next steps for getting them ready to move outside for good? should I slowly put them outside for a few hours here and there? please help me out I plan on transplanting them into 5 gallon buckets on friday a full 7 days after I put them in Red SOLO cups...

put them under a light for 24 hours light, or 18 on 6 off.

then just throw them outside or what?

18 on and 6 off is best, then you can put them outside.
