I just got some new clones is it better to leave them in the humidity dome for longer then 10days just to be confident they are rooting

Does the dome have a couple of small round vents on top? If you believe that your clones are showing signs of being rooted you can gradually open the vents over the course of a few days and introduce more outside air. See how they react to the reduction in humidity. If they look good after a few days with the vents opened fully you can remove the dome.

... What if I put them under led light is that less stressful for them ...
My clones go below 23W CFL's at approximately 8" above the tops until they show they are rooted.

What lights are yours under now? And what LED's were you thinking of using?

At home i let the dome close for 3 days then i open a little bit the openings for 2 days , then i open it larger but still let the dome and wait for roots.
My growroom has low humidity, it happened that healhy rooted clones freshly get out of the dome just rolls and dry,
it doesn't happen if u gradually open the windows of the dome,
just start open it and u'll see roots quickly :)

Do u put ur humidity dome in your grow room but not under same lights so its warmer in there then out somewere else

Yeah I think the ones that are under that same light are sweet but as u take them out from there wat do u think about slowly getting them use to different watts slowly cause I pulled one out that was cut at same time as the other and one is sweet under my 400w hps and 600w led but the other wilted so I took the one that wilted out put back in dome watered leaves and going to hope it comes back and just going to leave for another week I guess or 5days to make sure and the otherone well I decided to put under a 100waty led just to see if it start off better that way cause I think putting it under the intense light at first is stressing it a little and I don't want that so slowly I'm going to work it up to intense does that sound alright u think

Yes. Under a dome in the spot that they will VEG once they root. A dome with the matching tray on top of a heat mat that I turn on and off with a timer ( ... if the heat mat is on 24 x 7 it gets way too hot inside ... ) and they go under the 23W CFL's that are on 18/6. That set-up maintains the high humidity, warmer temps and enough light needed for cuttings to root and remain on the VEG cycle.

The dome remains in place for 12 days without being touched. If the dome is removed the temps and humidity drop and delay rooting. Then after 12 days I gradually start to open the vents as the cuttings show they are starting to grow.
