Do you have more info. like, Medium, Lights, fan, R.H, IMHO I would not put it under the light I make clones all the time and I never put them under the lights.
What kind of area or cloning device do you have ? all I can do is tell you what I do because you give not enough info.
I put mine in solo cups in a coleman cooler with plexi glass lid and I alway put them about 7 feet from my lights but they receive plenty of light, Well what they need anyways, which isn't a lot I keep mine that distance for about 15 days until I know they have roots.
Then I move them up to the bench where my lights are but I still keep the light about 24 to 36 inches until they start to stretch a bit then i lower lights so the lights is about a foot to 18" from them and presto your on you way.

I did look at the pic, I certainly hope that was just the cut clone before they put it into some medium.
