Clones won’t grow!

I’ve had a clone for about 3 weeks now, at first it seemed to be doing good, after a week and a half of slowly introducing more light I transplanted to a 5 gallon pot and growing seems to have ceased. It’s outside, and weather has been very weird here for summertime, located in the SF Bay Area. Any suggestions on what may be going on? It also tried to flower already but not sure if it’s going to reveg

Is it being exposed to light at night? That could cause the reveg. What soil are you in? What are you feeding her? How much? How often? What is your Ph? A picture could help.

No light at night, I’m using recipe 420 soil, with some salmon bellies, and fox farm grow big every other watering, will have to check ph again, and will post a picture later on, at work currently

You should probably be letting the soil down the work while it's loaded with nutrients.
Not feeding it additional stuff until it's depleted.

Your clone is most definitely not coming back from this.

I flushed it and haven’t given any additional nutrients as well as repotted in fresh soil
