Clones/Sex

I started my plant from a feminized seed about a month ago, i was just wondering when is it the best time to move it into flower to make sure it is a female plant? Do i have to wait until i have alternating nodes?

the plant should develope pistals when it is ready to flower.

You can take a clone and put it in 12/12 to sex the mommie.

when do i know when to take clones from it? when the nodes start alternating?

yes, you can. you can even take a clone and put it under 12/12 to sex the plant if you are still unsure.
