clones lookin weird!!

i have a couple clones that i took while the mother was in week 4-5 of flower, that was about 45-55 days ago, now these clones took 2-3 weeks to start growing again, they were lookin fine but now it seems like the litle grow-shoots are becoming deformed and wanting to twist arround,,,, is this because the cuttings where taken during flower???
i think so because i have a few other clones that where cut during veg and they look just fine,,,,

I'd imagine that is the case. I've never taken clones that far into flowering, but i've seen the results of re-vegging a plant, and it sounds similar to what you described.

They should pull through ok though.
