Clones dying!! Need help!

Hey, So I took 12 clones and 3 already died, Im using TakeRoot powder, a spray bottle, and a heating pad under the clones.

I started with 4 Purple Diesels, 2 Skunks, 2 Blueberry, 2 Purple Kushs, and 2 AK x Lambsbreath
1 of the P.D. died, a blueberry died and an AK x Lambsbreath died

looks like over-watering.does the cup have drain holes in the bottom?

is the heat mat cooking them, try using spring water next tim till they root,,may be your water.

I have 2 drain holes in each cup, but it still may be over watering because they're very damp
I am going to add another drain hole to each cup

i think it's 2 late. it won't hurt to try but i think they are done
