Just switched the ladies to 12/12 (3 days) how long can i wait to take some cuttings for a clone? I know i dont want to wait too long but would another week be ok? Need to get the bubble bucket ready, etc.

you can take cuttings/clones whenever you want...the longer they are in flower the longer it takes them to revert back to veg...so its best to take cuttings during veg if possible :)
 
i took the my cuttings 2 weeks into flower and they 2 n half week in flower now, just longer to turn back to veg, which by the sounds of iit in your case thats what you want :)
