If the plant in question is the plant in the larger pot, you'll need to take better pics. It's so far away it's hard to say what the issue is. Does the soil you're using have nutrients in it already? If so, what is the NPK of said soil and what else is in it in terms of nutrients for your plant?

If I am hearing you right, you just double fertilized your plant. The soil has all kinds of stuff in it like: .
Features & details
Ready-to-use coco fiber-based potting soil
Highest quality coco fiber/coir on the planet which is repeatedly washed for an incredibly low EC
Organic ingredients including bat guano, premium earth worm castings, fish bone meal, feather meal, green sand, mycorrihzae, glacial rock dust, soybean meal, humic acid

i have no clue where you read double fertilized, but like i said i started it off in base roots organic with 30% perlite and once she took to it new growth began to come out a little fried and warpped.I transplanted her i to a two gallon fabric with same base soil and mix of perlite and i top dressed a less than a tablespoon full of castings and watered with a ph of 6.5. i have another cut of the same plant same soil mixture every variable is the same so im wondering what could be causing funky growth besides root issues. i only added a small amount of castinga due to shes been under 24:0 light and this is the only sort of amendment shes getting until i put outside for flower
