I just got 2 clones from a friend. They are sitting in water and a paper towel. The leaves are kind of yellow tinted and starting to curl at the edges. I am worried that I will have spent money on dead plants, so I'm thinking about taking them out of the water they're in and putting them in a pot with soil and putting them in the backyard to get some sun. I am planning on putting them in an aerogarden deluxe when it gets here. If I put it in the soil for like a week, will I be able to put it in the AG when it arrives without killing the plants? What about the roots?
