So I made a huge mistake and left the lights super close to the plant, for 3 straight days! She's been vegging for about 2 weeks

This is the outcome:

will she make it? she's my only one from a strain I love growing.
I moved the lights away yesterday, and 1 day later and there's zero change (no new leaves, but also the 'bleached area' stopped spreading)

Just cut all the burnt stuff off, even if it's a partial leaf. She will recover.
Now when I'm looking at the plant, literally ALL the tops are burnt out, even the new tops that just started growing at the bottom. I'm guessing if I cut a burnt top, it will be like topping with 2 new shoots, but every the 2 shots of every top is burnt aswell.

Will the burnt tops just wilt and die? No new growth will come out of light burnt tops?

If lower vegetation is “burned” it’s not because of the light.

I mean, the plant is very small still, bottom tops were getting nearly as much light as the higher tops. The bottom tops that are partly covered by the top leaves seems to be only partly burnt, which is why I think it is actually light burn.

And what other problem could cause the leaf bleaching start from the base of the leaf, working its way towards the tip. AFAIK nutriuent burn starts at the tip, and works it's way towards the base.

What kind of light and how far away is it from the plant?

CXB3590, running at 30W, had no choice but the leave it about 20 cm away from from the canopy, and the plant is only 2 weeks into vegging.
Yesterday I was able to raise the light, now it is 60cm away from the canopy
