clone questions

hey guysis this good for my first cloning adventure? my ladies r 8 weeks into budding with a 600hps. my clones i took the cuttings 1week b4 momas went into budding... is that a good time?? the clones have been in seperate box under 25 watt aquarium flourescant light for the 8 weeks moms been buddings when moms are done( in 1 or 2 weeks) the clones will utilize thier space under 600 mh. i was gonna gro them a couple weeks under that light then put them into budding... does this seem like a good idea???? thanks for your help

Yes and no.

Take clones a week before you set your plants to flower. 8 weeks veg sounds great. A 25 watt aquarium light does not. Its a good light for clones and germination, but not for veg. You are gonna want around 100 watts minimum if using fluoro.

Hey Robato, what is the strain? Have any pix? The 25 watt sounds a little weak. I would want my clones under a lot more light than that........BB

whats up gs thanks 4 info. ya the 25 watt is just to keep them alive till my big go box is free( the momas r almost done) then ill put them under 600mh for a couple weeks b4 flowering them. keep tokin bro
