Good choice to go with a cloner, you don't need the clonex but you can try it. Just add water turn the pump on and wait. How long they take to root depends on the strain/pheno. I have some that will root in 7-8 days and some that will go 12-14 days. If you ever find a method to clone in a few hours, you'll be rich! lol

Clones/ cuttings can take 3-4 days on the fast side or upto 21 days in the slow side. You can use water as stated, but I always recommend a side by side with your strains to see how the react. Clonex ( or any brand) vs water.

I mean, I used clonex after then i can start cloning machine immediately? Or to wait a few hours, so that plants absorb clonex ? My English is not good may have misunderstood my question, sorry^^

I'd start it up, you don't want them getting dried out and the clonex isn't really going to do much for you in a cloner.

Ok,ths, and i turn on the machine right now, one more question, i use blue/red led plants light,Cloning plants need how many hours of light a day?

^^ It might be ok. When your clones are under the humidity dome in the cloner don't spray mist on them directly. Mist the inside of the dome. Does that thermometer say 99°? That might be a little warm for them...

I run mine 24 hours a day. I'm sure this is debatable but since I know personally that they will root under 24 hours then I assume anything between 14/10 and 24/0 will work.

don't spray mist on them directlywhy? This will affect the plant cloning because breathing becomes difficult to make?

I'm not 100% sure but I believe the idea is to inhibit vegetative growth so it focuses on its roots. By spraying them directly you are encouraging vegetative growth and since the plant can not support vegetative growth at this point (without roots) it speeds up it's "death". So I'm told.....

I send email to Clonex and they just reply me, may be useful for everyone^^

The Growth Technology Clonex is a high performance rooting hormone gel and will work well when using an aeroponic cloning unit like the one in the picture below. One of the draw back with using an aeroponic cloning machine, as opposed to taking cuttings into a growing substrate, is that once you put the new cutting in the machine it washes off the gel. Fortunately the Clonex works instantly, and penetrates the plant tissue as soon as it is exposed to the gel. I would suggest leaving the cuttings in the Clonex for a few minutes before putting them in the aeroponic unit to ensure that the plant material has absorbed the maximum amount of the hormone gel. From there it should be ok to run the unit as usual. Please see the link below for more information and instructions for Clonex.
