Clone question

Im planning on two grows this year one where i make the soil real nice and have plants straight from seed. The other will be a scattering of clones all over the place in my town.

So if I were to say have 6 northern lights females going could i take 50+ clones off of them every 2 weeks and plants those clones out in the wild to fend for themselves with the hope of coming back for a snappy amount of mids/possible dank would this be doable to where i wouldnt have to worry about the plants? I have two other strains but they say they are a bit less hardy.

Well. Lets make this easier for me to calculate.

5 plants, 40 clones, every 2 weeks.

You expect your plants to grow 8 new nodes every 2 weeks after you just cut them off? I just dont see that happening. You might be able to get 8 clones per week if your plant has 20 nodes to begin with, but even then, your plant will suffer some serious stress and may not regenerate fast enough to keep up that pace.

You might get away with something similar if you FIM the f out of your plant, then FIM the FIM, then take clones. Even then, thats a lot.

I just read up on cloning using the pulpy fine roots after a harvest. Its in the advanced section in the forum. It takes longer than a couple of weeks, but supposedly, it has the potential to create 100s of clones at a time.

Producing the clones wouldnt be the problem, I'm more concerned over your planting idea. I think you would be better off concentrating on less plants rather than mass planting. Your putting yourself outhere alot each plant you plant, If i were you i'd pick out a few good locations, do a little work and find some spots you feel somewhat secure with.
