Can anybody tell me if clones can be put undervalue 24 light cycle? Or is darkness very important for this?

been cloning for years and always use 24/0/7 but others range anywhere from 18/6 to 24/0

I just use 24/0 because thats what ive been doing for years and it works..

i hear 18-6 is fine but 24 hours daily works for me.
