Clone has some strange leaves..

This clone was taken from a 1.5w flowering skunk#1 plant which is showing incredible bud growth. Anyways - its 27 days old (it was under bad light for a while but its now under a 200w CFL) and its putting out strange leaves..

any ideas whats wrong with it?

those look normal to me.other then really small it looks ok.i use kelp and it makes the leaves of a 6in plant the size of my hand.when u take a cut from a flowering plant it will shoot out single set leaves.i would leave them till it gets bigger then cut them off or cut them now.if ur ph is off it can cause some curlin of the leaves as well

I fed it on a low dose of nutrients but that shouldnt have made the plant like that. Im curious if it will be the same as the mother plant or do these strange leaves mean its messed up?

i dont see any strange leaves.they look like u took them from a budding plant..single and 3 set leaves are the norm when u do that
