CLF Grow 12/12 from seedling

All right... here we go again. This is my second try growing. My last try I ended up with two very healthy Males :cry:

. This time, i hope, will be different. I Planted two bag seeds i got from some flame :joint:

. And so far only one has sprotted. Seeds where not germanted.

I'm using 5 23 watt clfs and one 18" 15 watt fluorescent tube (note at this time only 2 clfs are in use). The lights are set at 12/12 from seedling. My grow area is in my closet and i'm using white paper for reflection. Well thats about it. I will post pics as soon as i get a chance.

Oh yea im using Miracle-Gro Organic for Herbs and Shurbs. I know MG sucks but it worked well last time.

Heh I had to axe my first male today. It's hard to rip apart something that you've been taking care of for the last two months.

Well its been about 2 weeks and i now have 2 plants growing. I noticed a few brown spots on the first set of leaves on both plants. I took some pics but my camera sucks and it didn't come out clear. But if anyone has any idea what might be causeing this I'm open to suggestions. I think that it may be from the lights but what do I know :confused:

well your camera problem is probably u didnt turn on macro. its the little icon on your camera that looks like a flower.

What up cannaboy. I didn't go nowhere... just been busy. Been keppin close tabs on your grow Nice Job man!, can't wait to see how much buds you get of off Mary!

Any idea on what might be causing the brown spots? Its gotten really bad on my smallest plant lower leaves and the plant looks sick :cry:

. I just started giving them nutes, 1/4 mixture of fish emulsion and molasses, I just transplanted them also. I'm going give the little one about a week to make improvements.

those plants look pissed. the lights look about the right distance. the spots remind me of Mg deficiency, but it's hard to believe in prenuted soil that you are so low already, especially considering you said you previously had good luck.

i would say that if you didn't give them the nutes last time and they were fine, you should not be giving them nutrients yet. considering the soil already has nutrients - and that plants this young don't need much supplementary nutrition - you are probably overfertilizing. check the NPK of your soil and your nutes and you'll probably find your answer. also check the micronutrient content of your soil, Mg, Ca, etc.

yea man,good too see your back in action :hump:

as for the spots,it may be because your using miricle grow + nutes....mg def. would be my guess on the spots,jus water them with fresh non nuted water and wait a couple dayys to see if the prob clears up....that way you dont have too worry about anything but improvement......i'll keep a close eye on this grow and check a couple threads to get sum answers :blsmoke:

What up people. Here's a little update. I think i figured out what was causing the spots on my plants... one of my jugs of mineral water was emptied and filled with tap water by my girlfriend. I didn't know this and have been giving the plants chlorine filled water. I think this threw off the PH i don't know for sure, don't have the equipment to test the water. But anyways I switched the water and stop giveing them nutes just incase it is MG def.

The plants are doing alot better now :hump:

. Still waiting to see what the sex is. Its been about 2 weeks 12/12 from seed. Well here are some pics until next time :peace:

Whats up people. Checked my plants to day and i think i see signs of sex on the biggest one. It looks like it might be a Hermi. I'm not sure yet but i think i see both male and female preflowers :confused:

. Took some pics of both preflowers, take a look let me know what you guys/gals think.

Still no signs of sex on the runt. It's about a week younger than the bigger one so i hope to see signs of sex by the end of this week.
