Cleaning my pipes.

So I'm bored out of my mind and thinking it's time to clean my glassware.

Typically I boil them and let them air dry.

As of late though I've been smoking mostly blunts and all my pipes haven't seen much use, so I doubt they'll have much resin.

Still looking to clean them out.

2 are solid glass so I'm not worried there.

The one in the middle, however, is part glass part ceramic and I'm not sure how to go about cleaning that one. The leaf is actually glued on. That is my usual piece up until I got the new one last week.

The small square one is Robin. The middle one is Elf, and the one on the left (the newest and so far my favorite) still needs a name.

Is there a question there ?

I rinse my pipes under HOT water a couple times a week, keeps the heavy stuff out. About once a month I'll soak them in grain alcohol, you can use Iso - i prefer to use a food safe product, not a petroleum based product. Is the leaf glued on or is it a hard epoxy? Alcohol shouldn't effect an epoxy, other than maybe cloud it a little..if it's glue the alcohol will eat it.

But will eat the glue holding the leaf on in the middle?

I'm pretty positive it's glued on. You could see what looks like hot glue built up underneath it.

I wish I could get a picture of it, but that's not entirely easy.
