Ciskei anyone?

I came across information of this strain called Ciskei, it is supposed to be a 100% with an insanely quick flowering time of about 60 days which makes me wonder why not many people seem to have heard of it and I haven't found grow reports.

Any info? I really want to grow some fast Sativas!
