Circular floro tubes?

I remember somebody asking if you could put a bud inside a large CFL to grow in order to provide it more light. It turned out not to be very practical, but it gave me an idea

Could you use one (or more?) circular floro tube to give all-around light to a plant's cola? Would the results be noticeable?

i think thats basically like a t8 with the ends connected in a circular fashion, so same thought applying, it would do no better than a tube fluro, close, going up the side of the cola vertically.
but this is just my opinion.

but depending on the lumen output........you may be able to put enough of those easily in a veg cab that holds quite a few plants to get results like one of those damn photon machines that hold 1 plant for like $300+

bullshit expensive machines that will grow like 2 plants max. basically an old version of bloom boxes people use nowa days
