Christmas dinner has to be the best dinner of the year!

What do you have on yours then? Turkey? Beef? Pork?

My favourite part has to be the little sausages wrapped in bacon or the honey roasted parsnips mmmm :hump:
 
Traditional turkey stuffed of course,,,, with smashed taters and gravy,,,,,,and steamed carrots.....Oh and my Mother in law makes this turnip casserole that is the fuckin shit man.....I ate like 3 lbs of it last night. Best part is she hates leftovers so it all comes home with us:cool:

Goose, chicken and duck, all boned out and then stuffed in inside the other :) Personally all i really like for christmas dinner is a plate of roast parsnips and stuffing with lots of gravy
 
i love turkey if cooked right,but roast potatos are what i enjoy the most.and whoever thought brussel sprouts were a good idea needs a slap.
 
I've got a six pound prime rib that I'll be crusting up with garlic salt and pepper, and then slow cooking on the rotisserie this afternoon. Good shit.
 
I have a nasty flu just like the past 2 years.. Its alright though, my christmas dinner will mostly be ramen noodles and gatoraid :) lmao

What really blows though is I am out.. And I have the flu.. there is NOTHING better than smoking when your sick and of course I would just run out yesterday, and who is gonna come over when I'm sick, I cant even drive.. :(
 
We had an amazing ham, stuffing(dressing to some) sweet potatoes, corn, rolls, mashed potato(mom forgot the gravy this year lol) and a glass of wine.

Best part is, I get to eat it again tonight.

Even better than that? I get to eat it on Monday for lunch at work. mmmm
 
every christmas we do cold cuts and cheeses. between my kids and my brothers and sisters and their kids we feed a lot of faces around here and finger foods make the easiest clean up.

we always start with the cold cuts, cheese, and crackers. my favorite part. a plate full of cheese whats not to love?
 
the prim rib was beyond any steak we have prepared this year , every thing was perfect our son was here and we got along perfectly , hope everyone can say they had a pleasant dinner ,if not this new new year will be a new beginning for everyone ....rob
