Pulled 2 of these out of an Apollo 180w. Any suggestions on what I could use them for? Possible veg light I'm thinking.

Looks like a good veg driver. With a handful of cree XM-L2's (50-100v worth) it would be a good starter veg light that could easily be upgraded with a better driver down the road.
 
you should be able to run 3 vero 13s on one of those at about 15w a piece for a total of 45w per driver. And with it being 3 cobs you could do a combination of spectrums so you could go either flower, veg or a light that could do both.
 
Keep in mind there are 2 of these drivers! Probably just do 2 3070 5k on each for a veg module. There's also a little 12V driver for a fan.IMG_20160218_202639.jpg
