I don't know what chillie this is my parents bought me some dryed from Barcelona Spain .lol. And i used the seeds.
A chillie sog !!!......? Hmmmm WTF!!!
I hear you say, well ill make it simple...
Grew to 6" then topped .
Let bush out on top and then bottom the rest.. .....simple.
Topping will stunt its growth and all the flowers will bunch up at the top when all the rest is bottomed...... hitting the top canopy with light 
There's nothing new to this technique.lol.....just not heard of anyone doing it on a chillie plant .
its quite simple and very very effective in small spaces......good luck
