Does anyone else monitor their co2 levels? Curious to see results from someone else. It seems during lights out the c02 jumps up then during lights on it drops back down to normal ranges.

Lights pushed up to 1000wt now. Maybe that’ll give me some faster growth to fill the scrog. Here is what they look like currently. Just not starting to fill the screen in. Thinking in another 3-4 weeks maybe less I should be close to flipping. And then finish filling scrog with the stretch. Gonna slow up on the nuets for now. Was only half strength and i alternate watering with regular distilled water ph’d to 6.2-6.4 and the. Next watering I was using same distilled water with 1/2 strength nuets but looks like I got some nuet burn on one plant on a few leaves.

Does this look like nuet burn?

Nah bud not Nute Burn, Some leaves deform genetic wise but its mainly from lack of light

update: week 6/7 of veg
Plants look good. Had light too close and nuets were depleted causing some issues. Gave full nuets feeding and raised the light. Girls look better. Thinking another 3-4 weeks of veg then flip. The baby on the far right in the half gallon milk jug is a few weeks from seed. Blue cheese femmed. Gonna grow as a mother plant. The little baby in the water bottle is a cutting I took pruning some under growth. Stuck three in there and this is the only one that hasn’t dried up and died so maybe it’ll root. Just an experiment really to see if a cutting will clone with just a bottle and water. Not to mention I snipped it with wire cutters lol. Working on a diy bucket cloner and actually take it serious once then go to flower.

Update 11/11:
Had to go outta town last week and had to leave my plants in the hands of my wife, let me just say she’s not allowed to be near the plants anymore while they’re alive lol. She can raise kids like no other but when it comes to plants of any kind, she will kill it by looking in its direction. She killed my seedlings the first go round and this time sends me a picture that made my stomach hurt. 771D97F6-22DB-40CA-9475-6003CA4283B6.jpeg

She forgot to water this one..I almost died. They were so long and needed to be tucked so I had to wait till Friday when I got home to fix everything which sucked. Had her dump a gallon Of water in it and by the next morning she was peeled back up. Stressed her out though I’m sure.

Here she is now though tucked and a few hours after tucked. Looking pretty good so far. Starting to smell a bit when you come into the garage. Kinda like someone just smoked a bowl 10 min before walking in. Went ahead and added the carbon filter. Thinking of doing another fan filter combo just as an air scrubbed outside the tent as well. Gotta work on setting up controls for heater since temps are getting colder now. 41AE29A1-1058-460E-86BE-49C690C0CF0E.jpeg

The two in the front are the blue cheese and the slacker in the back is chemdog. The BC is def more branchy and fills the screen in faster thats for sure. Planning on sending everything to those back corners during the stretch or ziptieing down to top of the screen to control the front.
I’m thinking another week or two then flip? Thoughts?

You did that to yourself. Let her garden with you, and learn, don't try and teach her before you need to go somewhere.
Admittedly I mostly use my wife for simple labor in the grow mostly, but I have been trying to spend time calling her to show here little things and testing her understanding over the things I taught her so far. She doesn't use weed but she is pretty handy when instructed well.

When you bring them back from the brink of death like that they tend to grow a million little shoots.

Finally gonaround to building a proper room in my spare space. Just simple 2x4 with foam panels and spray foam. Works a lot better than the plastic tent and much more room for veg and flower rooms. This pic is before spray foaming and putting a floor down. None of it’s all that pretty but it works and it’s light and air right. It’s a 7x16 room7066B612-E466-4E62-B8F7-F0C32246A118.jpeg

Couple pics of the room setup. Gonna Redo the reservoir tmw and run some water lines to the room to make filling it up easier. Should of just waited to start till this room was built.... patience is not my strong suit. Still got a few things to build in the room but all the major equipment and controls is up. 33F on the other side of the walls and temp is cruising around 72-73 in the room. Gonna let them recoup from the move again till Saturday then flip Sunday to 12/12. There’s plenty on there. Next time I’m using 7g air pots instead of 5g

Very nice new grow setup you there...

Have a mellow day...
Thanks man. Took some redoing a couple times but they like this spot better then the cold tent on the garage floor. Need to wire up the controls for the dehumidifier and humidifier today and set up the water res but it’s pretty much set up. Like this space much better as I can walk around in here and work. Extending the acting screen a little higher and gonna use as support this grow. Next grow will be in a 7g-10g air pot under a lower scrog

Update:
Girls are looking good. Responded well to the final move into the new room. Finally got everything automated and dialed in except water. Still hand feeding them. Next grow I’ll set up irrigation and a exec system and possibly try some c02idk on that yet though. Tried to upload a video but isn’t working. But here they are few hours before lights out. Just gave them a full feeding two days ago. Topped the baby a second time and stripped it. Will top one more time and strip again. Trying the mainline technique on it. Seems good so far. Kinda cracked the shoot on one side but she doesn’t seem to care. Moving the two clones and the baby to another room and will flip the other three into flower starting tomorrow on Sunday. Going to run them all 10 weeks and cut it.

Update :
Switched to flower on Friday. Changed bulb etc and built a veg cabinet for the baby and some cloning made a 8 cfl bulb fixture for it as well. I’ll post a picture when lights come on. Gonna bite the bullet and get some gel tho. Haven’t had any luck being cheap just using water. For now I’ll use it as a mother room. Here they are a couple days in flower. Gonna wait a few weeks then defoliate a bit more under the screen. The back right was seriously defoliated Thursday night and it’s blown up. The other two were very lightly done few weeks ago. Doing a comparison on bud tonsee which method is better. The blue cheese is def more of a scrog plant branchy af! The chem dawg is a stout short plant. The growth has more compact internodes spacing compared to the BC which should amount to some pretty dense buds I hope11346D7C-2A9C-497D-AE3F-649D4382E15A.jpeg

Nice setup. How do you like that little humidifier you have a couple post back?
Thanks man. Been a lot of tinkering to get the room dialed in. That little humidifier works good for a 25$ Walmart one. Keeps it right we’re I need to be . However the built in switch is not ideal so if you go with one like this you’ll need to break the hot leg through a humidistat for better control.

Here’s a shot a few hours after lights out. Switching to a RDWC setup after this two buckets with a 5g res. Got an old window unit I’m going to convert into a chiller 9B475A63-D006-4E62-8247-3C9F50178B7E.jpeg

How do you like the vivosun ? I’m liking mine .
So far so good man. Haven’t switched up to the super max setting but the growth is pretty good I think under the 1000wt. For the price it ain’t bad. I’d like to get a kind led light but those cost a bit much for now. Maybe when I switch to a rdwc setup.

Got a little time this morning before lights out so gonna wire up my controller and throw some sensors in the tent to record temps so I can see tempnswings more accurate. Gotta program the inputs and outputs into the controller but here's a few pics of the panel before setup.
