Chelsea, Michigan moving forward with what the call a plan

I know the article says that there will be a public hearing about tax exemptions and what not, but does anyone know if there will be a public meeting concerning the clinics? I lived in Chelsea for a bit when I first came to Michigan and I really love that town, but this just seems like a minority trying to undermind the vote of the majority.
I read an article about this when the 60 day moratorium first passed and someone said something to the effect of that people will just have to get their medication in Ann Arbor, which is definitely not correct because this isn't just Ann Arbor citizens with the right to medicate in this fashion.

problem is who ever decides to push the button is gonna have to have the money to fight the cities. It doesn't make sense when the state approved it but at the same time it is still federally illegal. So to some degree their is a case for patients as far as what Michigan's constitution allows but each city has the right to pass its own ordinaces. We are stuck in grey
