cheese wreck grow

Hey Guys,
this is my 1st grow so there will be a few questions over the next few months i need answers to.
I have a compact grow room (loft) which i have built from 100mm insulation for roof & sides, then covered the whole room in total blackout sheeting. My grow area is 4.5 x 4ft the height is 5ft in the centre & 3ft at the sides. i am using a 5"cool tube with 600w sodium bulb & electronic balast by sonlight.
i have the cool tube linked to a 10" fan that vents the air out through the chimney.
Trouble is its 85degrees here now & in the 90's in my grow room. We dony normally have such hight temps & my plant leaves are turning up.
I am growing Cheese Wreck & Church, but dont have any idea on the yeilds or plant height. I think i will need to top them thoughas i am height bound
Can any loft growers or cheese wreck recommend anything ?

Get some type of a/c going, I would top and lst if u are concerned with height

Thanks for the reply Thizz13.
When can i top i have 4 sets of leaves now ?
i was also thinking of changing from 18/6 to 12/12 as this would help keep the heat down during the day, but can i top once they start flowering state ?

As promised grapefruit 4 weeks in flower its the tallest plant in my whole grow room. FYI I am also flowering the church right now if you have any questions feel free to ask or want some bud porn I got you lol
